Rates do not include: City tax (3,50 € per person per night).
The city tax will be paid in cash upon check-in

Reservation Policy: Reservation will be confirmed by down payment of full amount.

Cancellation Policy:

Non-Refundable Rates: No refund is recognised in case of cancellation, no-show or changes.
Refundable Rates: Until the expiry date, full amount will be refunded. After the expiry date, cancellation fee will apply, as reported in the offer and specified in the general conditions
